Since the firm's beginning in 1898, with the filing of patents from the United States government to the land run participants and claimants, to the present, a large percentage of the firm's practice has been comprised of real estate transactions.  In fact, through the years, the attorneys at this firm have played a pivotal role in helping shape and influence the legal side of real estate, and we bring and apply that experience to every transaction in which we participate.
